I just discovered that I was sending incorrect payment requests to my customers. Roughly speaking, I took a lower price from each order than it actually was. This error was due to my fatigue and inattention. But I am very upset that none of the customers have reported this error to me.
I don't want to take money from these people, I just felt very sad.

Oh no, that's awful! Did you triy to contact them about paying the rest?

Even if you sent wrong invoice, you had already made some agreement before which they should honor I believe.

I discovered and realized this only today. I don't want to worry people about this. And the amount lost was not so great as to worry people about it. I didn't report this to demand money.

Aah, okay. That is not absolute disaster at least, even though every little counts. ^^

I received sometime a paypal invoice with bad currency, which was like 1/5 of actual price, so I had to call back.

I reported this because I was sad that people had hidden this information from me. For if they had reported it, I would not have demanded any additional payment.

It depends on what "error" you mean.

Paypal takes a small cut equal to taxes from the product maker if its paying for a good or service.

So if it's that then its not an error, its how its meant to be. Any questions regarding that can be taken up with paypal.

Oh, no, no, I was the one who made the wrong requests. I sent 5 people a request for payment in a smaller amount than it actually is. This is not a PayPal tax, because in the case of a tax, I do not pay attention to it at all and do not require additional payment.

I have been working with PayPal for a long time and I know about its features. My fatigue and inattention are really involved here. And I only said this because I want to be honest with my customers and for them to be honest with me as well.

best just to be upfront and tell them some don't even notice others notice don't say anything but u would be able to tell based on response from them having to pay the rest

I've already said that I don't want to bother people about this. I rather just reported that I was a little sad about the whole situation. I think in a way, these people are lucky, which I'm glad of. Still, I want people to enjoy my work. And this little thing, perhaps, also made them a little happy.
