Apologies for the failed upload image. The old FA server is /just/ about hanging on (with some attention) much of the time, but is having problems at/near peak-time. The new server will hopefully be in place fairly soon�

Please try "Edit" (just below where the image should be) -> "Change Submission File" to upload the image, in-situ.
