It's Lore Time!

Psi Mo Netoh, the name meaning "One That Kills" in a tongue now forgotten, is one of the most terrifying entities that anyone could encounter. Long before our universe was made, his job was one that scared even the mightiest of Entities, Psi Na Maguna (One Who Leads). For Netoh, as most simply called him, was the Executioner and his job was to kill the damned. Those who committed sin were his targets and he was the only one of his kind that could do this. No other Entity could kill one another. Instead, the Entities had discovered that sometimes, there were fates worse than death.

This was the gift he had been given by the power that we now call Destiny and he was not well liked in his world for it. He relished his power and would constantly hunt those who had done wrong. Though it was ambiguous if all of Netoh's kills were justified. Indeed, it very well may have been that many he hated simply were killed for no other reason than the fact that he didn't like them.

He was said to have wielded a huge sword.

But what does Netoh look like? While we will never know what he looked like before the birth of our universe, he was transformed into a creature we could better comprehend when he, like seven others, survived the destruction of his universe and the birth of ours. He now takes the form of a gigantic, one hundred meter long horned wolf with a mouth covered in yellow, crooked and sharp teeth, and five white glowing eyes. If he ever wielded a sword, it is now not known, for he was now a beast.

But do not be mistaken. Netoh was not powerless. Not in the slightest. Before he had been sealed away in a green gem during the Divine Wars, he had slain 213 gods and goddesses beforehand. Even Jahthra, the god said to have slain him, died from the fatal wounds Netoh had left him after thier battle.
