Sandwiched between a Firebird and a Thunderbird this week is a 1965 Ford Mustang. I like shooting car interiors like this and the more chrome, the better.

Pretty. But i saw a video where the iihs did a test with a 56 thunderbird (or some classic car) with a modern car and the result was horrific for the classic car occupants.

An awesome slick sports car.
I remember when my uncle came from Puerto Vallarta to TJ whit that car to visit the family.
I think it was a 68 I was about 5Yo I hade a great time riding along whit him.

Is that a stock '65 steering wheel? The horn spokes remind me of a later vintage.

I had a neighbor who began wheeling and dealing in cars and turned up a beautiful yellow 65 Mustang... it had enough room in the engine compartment you could crawl right in with the engine, which was a straight six.
