So I just recently had a "class" on Falconry. 3-day weekend immersion.

One of the Harris Hawks that was there. I just.. like this shot. We're both really unsure of each other.

Just... god they are beautiful beings.

Harris Hawks are my favorite <3 They are truly wonderful birds. They;re the only birds I've ever worked with in Falconry.

I like how they have a family system.

My heart will always be for Red-tails. But gah do I wish I had the space to build a mew and get everything together. But alas, living in a garage doesn't give much to be able to get into falconry.
