A way to say I was sorry was to allow him to use any colors, including red, in his design and to let him go wild with it ^^

lol I had a set of Adoptables up and she wanted one of those, wires got crossed in the last few minutes and a miscommunication happened
to apologize to her I allowed her full freedom to design her custom... she gave me that ref to show me her idea for her Adoptable, I OK'ed it and then colored up a Base image of the Adoptables as an "official" image saying that this design was allowed by the original creator of the Deerstale ^^
