Loosely related to the lyrics of this song, which I can't seem to stop listening to.

That turtle is stealing the show here. Great characters and designs all around.
After watching that music video in the description, listening to it many times on repeat, and knowing zero Korean, I'm no closer to guessing how this relates to the image. But that just means I have a lot to exciting things to learn!

The literal translation of the lyrics, ignoring the rhymes, would be something like this.
---
The tiger descends, the tiger descends,
the great beast descends from the valley forested thick,
its body striped and speckled,
its tail bushy, longer than a fathom,
bobbing its head, protruded like that of a silkworm,
forelegs like a quiver, hindlegs like a bow holster,
both ears splayed apart,
scatters grass roots and gritty sand ‘charrrrr (onomatopoeia)’ with its iron sickle claws,
opens its scarlet maw and roars ‘Wo~rirung’,
fearful as if sky collapsing and earth caving in.
As the turtle, stunned and its neck retracted, laid still,
The tiger descends, the tiger descends,
a beast descends from the valley deep in pine forest,
bobbing its head, protruded like that of a silkworm,
both ears splayed apart,
its body striped and speckled, its tail bushy,
longer than a fathom,
forelegs like a bow holster, hindlegs like a quiver,
with its iron sickle claws,
scatters grass roots and gritty sand ‘charrrrr’ like the snow falling in midst of winter,
opens its scarlet maw wide and stands tall in front of the turtle,
roars ‘Hong aeng aeng aeng’, shaking the mountains and rivers and sinking the ground.
As the startled turtle retracks its neck and lays still,
Tiger descends, Tiger descends,
a beast descends from the valley deep in pine forest,
bobbing its head, protruded like that of a silkworm,
both ears splayed apart,
its body striped and speckled, its tail bushy,
the tiger descends, the tiger descends, (repeat)

The lyric was excerpted from the pansori piece Sugungga.

Wow, thank you so much! That makes it way easier to appreciate the drawing and the art. Nice to see one of the most excited dancers sporting a tiger on the back of their jacket, too.
Couldn't help but think one of the dancers has a turtle reference that I'm currently missing.
