The horrible creature lay ravaged and beaten, gaping wounds scouring its body, all of which were seeping that terrible, black ooze. The monster was breathing heavily though, appearing to be at its last leg. Now was the time to finish the job. You approach, sizing up for a final strike... when the beast suddenly starts releasing a gurgling laugh. You hesitate and the creature reaches up, not toward you, but at its own flesh.

Dumbstruck, you watch as the once terrifying monster rips and tears at its own skin, flaying and shredding all that remained. At first you thought the vile being had given up and was taking its own life, but what was revealed under the skin was far more sinister. Jagged, red appendages sprouted about, black, oozing skin reconstituted into a new body, and piercing, green eyes glared at you under a veil of black webbing. Gnashing, red teeth unveiled a wicked, barbed tongue.

You could only stare in shock and horror. What was this thing? This demon? It raised itself, readying all its pointed claws with reinvigorated strength to counter your now frail and exhausted form. Any hope of defeating this menace was now long gone, and any hope of merely surviving were quickly fleeting. You were too close.

REALLY wanted to post this one because I think it's totally awesome to have worked with WI in designing Monster Jazz's "true" monster form, essentially the demon that has been possessing him. I guess I should really come up with a name for it now. XP Will have to think on it.

BUT this is so cool! I LOVE the design! Lots of pointy goodness while still overall keeping to that ottery shape. Seems Jazz has influenced it a bit. So freaking cool.

Definitely expect to see more of this. X3
