Did a thing over on Twitter to lighten the mood for Valentines Day. Art of the result is coming next~
Gonna take a moment to say that I'm eternally pleased with myself lately for being able to just draw silly stupid cute shit like this. Well, and be really really pleased with the result that is. For the longest time it was "I wanna draw a cute" so I just kept slapping things together until it looked cute. NOW its "I wanna draw a slightly chubby Zae plopped under a sign looking super pleased and hopeful" and boom I got that made. Dunno when the transition of competency happened but here we are past that milestone.

It was to say that in the past I've been unable to feel super happy with the results of art when the intent was to draw silly cute things. Often it ended up being like my normal art but just larger eyes or something similar. More cop-out cute then actually cute. My skill level has improved such lately that I can now draw those things without a massive time investment, and I'm proud of myself for being able to.
