Hmmm, the idea of talking cat-bacon is preposterous.
Firstly, there is no system in place for the transportation and manipulation of air - no lungs, diaphragm or any sort of intercostal muscles. Secondly, there is no trachea for the gas to travel down and there are also no vocal chords or other such mechanism to allow for the oscillation and vibration of air particles so as to produce the afformentioned "MEOW" =3
