Lore-wise, Loke is a son of Odin, the snow dragon leading a wild pack in the forest near the city of Alserd (Capital of Wotkal(Province) and Syab(Kingdom).
Like many dragons in Woktal, he is a tamed one, he has an owner who imprinted on him when he hatched. That person is Warui 13 (Aka true name Gersemi).
Loke is a mischevious young snow dragon who likes to play, annoy people, sleep and eat, but he is being trained to be Warui's steed and he knows it (Snow dragons may not talk and be more feral than 'true' dragons but they do understand speech.

Snow dragons are the descendants of ice dragons who breeded with eletric dragons coming from the South. They can't use magic though they still possess a small spark of it.
