Well, this was mostly to test out if the profile ID feature on FA could support animated gifs. Turns out it can't, but I made this static version to advertise anyway. :) (I've also put one up as my SoFurry banner so people see it when they read my stories.)

I actually hadn't thought about buy ad-space! Definitely something to consider in the future. Oh, and, once you get the new site up, I'd be happy to crop one of the animated ones to fit, if you'd like.
