A haunting cackle is heard over the com link. It’s the sign of The Laughing Skulls! A fleet of space pirate hyenas tormenting and ransacking cargo vessels and colonial outposts.

It’s up to Lieutenant WulfBane Errata and his trusty Luna-Z starfighter to take flight in this space action shooter. Can you take on the entire Laughing Skull Armada and stop these Hyena Pirates once and for all?

A real fun bit of fake nostalgia with this one. I’m old enough to grow up on the NES and SNES. With this, my Luna-Z stuff has almost gone full circle considering it started as a riff on the game GALAK-Z and by extension harkening back to 80’s space anime shows. So naturally there would have been a shoot-em-up based on the Luna-Z ‘show’ if it existed back then.

And who knows, seeing this is getting me to consider trying my hand at making some sort of game based on my Luna-Z stuff. Probably just a simple thing during a game jam or something.
