Your badge was a gift. A free piece of art that you agreed to being an example upfront.
Farelle has since then run into hardships and has been unable to create any other examples for her work at conventions.
Seeing that every other piece she has done, that could be used as an example, is sent off to someone who is PAYING for the item.
It is a gift. Not a trade, not a commission, not a guaranteed piece of art. I'm sure Farelle would not mind sending it to you early.. If you paid for a badge instead, so she could create a new one to be her new example until she can make more.
Honestly if you kept up this whole whining and bitching about a free badge to me, and I held you're badge in my hands. I'd never give it to you.
