Been wanting to make these for a bit, especially since people really seem to like my planet dragons and interested in their personalities n stuff c: I also thought it'd be better to compile them altogether^^
And I just wanna say real quick, I've never been confident in my writing/explaining skills >__>;; so I actually had my sister in law read everything I wrote, and she tweaked some things to make it sound better, so a HUGE thanks to her for that~ :heart:
So yeah, anyways!
Some of them I feel like are super short compared to others, some were a bit more difficult for me >>; bhdsf Like, originally Saturn was the same as Jupiter. He and Jupiter were both gonna be the wisest dragons n shit and were basically a clone of each other lol that would have been super boring. Also, I find it funny thinking about humans existing in this universe of mine XD And no, they don't question why the planets are living breathing dragons lol it's just a thing that they accept and they go on with their lives. 8) I changed some very minor things too like the shape of Venus's wings, the colors of Pluto's tongue, I made Mars a muscular build etc.
But yeah, I AM happy with what I came up with for them so far though. :D These characters are so much fun for me and thinking about the world building possibilities! And seriously, it means SO much that people legit love my planet dragons and the concept gAh 😭 <333
Also! I might write something about the moon dragons sometime too, not as reference sheets or anything cause that would take forever..There's like, 200+ moons in the solar system lol
Like, I wanna explain why they seem to hang around certain planet dragons n stuff like that. Basically, what I thought up for that was that certain moon
dragons feel this natural connection towards a certain planet dragon, so they hang around them. But not like '24/7', they all go off and do their own things lol
They're altogether when the planet dragons sleep.
That's basically it for the moons, but it's still kinda of a work in progress XD; so I might add more idk

Also Venus may be the only female PLANET dragon, but not the only female in general! There's plenty of female moon dragons c:
BTW I had to keep changing the size for this specifically for Furaffinity. The image and text came out waay too small and you couldn't even read it. This is the best I can do. :/ Aw well! Impressive ! All the though and imagination that went into their design, their relationships, their little story... And with such a unique theme as well, unusual yet original ! I canno't not love it
I must ask, with everything you've drawn about them so far do you have any plan about depicting some solar system/planetary history ? Young Mars with oceans an atmosphere and a magnetic field, Mercury before it's mass loss, Earth when he was just another ball of flamming rocks, the Gas giant before they were Gas giant. The first chaotic days of the solar systems must have been a really interresting place for them.
Also the Earth/Theia collision that most likely created the moon, what about other dwarf planets like Ceres ? What do the other planets think of some of our very incorrect theories of the past (geocentrism and flat-planet theories first comes to mind). There's jsut so much to think about.
