4. Princess Lief/Meia Gaius (formerly Princess Leaf/Melody Gaius)
As Lief she was kidnapped by her own father, Wulph's brother Rawl, and basically sold to the Black Phoenix for experimentation. Her father was found out and executed for his treason. As Meia she is now a force to be reckoned with, having been enhanced by the Black Phoenix for their use in battle. She battles for her family, having joined the Knights of Aridia. She looks up to Wulph as a father, trusting him completely after he brought her back home from the Black Phoenix and helped deprogram her personally.
