Hibuki is feeding some Dewgong for their assistance in saving a life.

Entire things was colored from start to end. The wetsuit is actually white and red. But since you would see his wetsuit through the colors underwater, white appears as the water's color. Alot of the colors were changed due to suggestions from my sempai. The background, I tried some lighting effects again, and some shading for the first time in a while. The lighting is alot better from last time. The shading, I feel I didn't do well with this time.
