Ingredients
1lb chicken breast tenderloins, sliced
1/2 lb shiitake mushrooms (slice the heads, use the stalks in the broth)
1 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 clove of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
Split the seasonings/oil between the mushrooms and chicken. Sautee chicken until the pink color begins to disappear then add the mushrooms and maple syrup. Sautee until golden. Set aside to add to the soup!
