This drawing took a lot of time... Simply a crazy quantity of time that I'm pretty sure I've never invested in artwork like this before. But I have to admit, it was really fun doing everything. The time simply flew with each phase. The details of the diaper, the headset, the light effects, the simple but interesting graphic design of both fictional brands... The bottle, the snacks... Everything was really amazing and fun to do!!!
I love, I simply love the final result of this artwork. For me, it is my most complete and elaborate drawing ever made. I don't know if the best, that is really hard to judge, and I'm of course the worst one to decide that, but without a doubt, one of my favorite creations made by myself.
This idea may be pretty used in the past already. Luna gamer was a pretty used role from the princess of the night, but in the way that I interpreted it, in my opinion at least, was completely different. I hope all of you enjoy all this effort put in this drawing.

The effort is most certainly appreciated. I am guessing you put a level of detail on how the light from the screen is shining on Luna while also adjusting this light to be softer the further back it reaches past Luna's body?
What I imagine with this picture is Luna on a night off. Ever since her return from the moon, Luna has been fascinated with video games. Unfortunately she has not had the time to really get good at online games nor to finish some games that she really wants to see how the story ends.
Now that Luna does have a chance to have a night of gaming, she considers how some major gaming ponies wear diapers in order to not lose their focus on the games they play. This idea got the interest of Princess Luna and, in secret, she found some padding to make the most of an entire night in which she could play games.
Of course you cannot have a big gaming session without food and drink. So we have all the treats Luna has at the ready to fuel her dusk until dawn gaming marathon.
During her time playing, Luna may notice the leader board having 'Button Mash' at the top of most of the online games. She would know it is Button Mash because her 'Dream Walking' would allow her to know the pony behind the user name.
Luna, still feeling like she will not be as appreciated as her older sister, decides she will be the Queen Of gaming. She may not have as much time to play as Button Mash, and other gaming ponies, but she has all she needs to crush the competition on an entire night's worth of building her rank, modifying her character, and playing the games that she hears talked about by gamers on the message boards.
Princess Celestia would likely ask Luna, on a night off, if she would like to do something before she goes to sleep that night. Luna would make up some excuse, gallop off before Celestia could say anything else, get into her gaming diapers, gather her snacks, slip on her headset, sturn on her gaming console, and prepare to show her supremecy in the gaming world.
Perhaps, at some point, some players would try to report her for how she suddenly rises to the top during the night?
"What is this?" she shouts in the royal Canterlot voice. "How dare they say we are cheating!"
Luna makes her way to the message boards to talk with the moderators.
"We are not imploying illicit actions to win at this game!" she would write. "Thou will notice I engage in such entertainment three times each moon! We demand our account be reactivated at once!"
After this, Luna would find those she would know reported her and write them on the user message boards.
"Thou falsely accuses us of cheating!" she'd write. "Thou should not report us to moderation to compensate for thy lacking of talent! Pursue these actions and I assure thou shalt have the wet bed upon waking in the morrow!"
This would get a response of
"Whatever, cheater," they reply. "Who do you think you are? Princess Luna? Ha! You're far too lame to be as cool as Princess Luna."
Luna's eyes would narrow as she speaks out loud.
"Thou say we are 'lame'?" she says. "By next morrow you will come to regret your choice of words."
This concept could make for a fun mini series of Princess Luna striving to be recognized as 'Best Gamer' and, in time, Princess Celestia would come to find out of her sister's use of vacation time. The conversation on her activities on the 'Magic Connection Network'.

You're completely full of amazing ideas and nice thoughts my little dragon duck friend Yosh. I guess if I shake you, there would be dropped in the ground thousands of still reserved ideas.
I definitely loved how you interpreted the situation and wrote a short story about this drawing, a really possible story about it indeed. Maybe in the future, I could write something if I feel enough inspiration to do so. Honestly, I don't remember lots of stories about padded gamer Luna then that would be nice.
