This is a stream sketch commission by  Tirol of Arcten, show off a mutation he has finished to Rhennerin.

Arcten is a major fan of what he calls "self improvement". He has finished growing and refining a new head that can emerge from, and retract back into his navel. This is very similar to his tail head, just scaled down, and free of horns so that the head can move through his navel without catching. When the head is retracted, Arcten's navel shuts tight and appears normal. Rhennerin is pondering this, but won't be able to resist the little guy's cuteness much longer.
