just a bit of advice, MS Paint probably isn't an acceptable medium for FA banners >:
You should redo it in photoshop or GIMP =3

Just download GIMP then, it's free and after like a week of using it the quality of your art shows drastic improvement o3o

True, but I think the quality of the art is still important, and it takes many many years of practice to be able to produce high-quality images with MS-Paint.

I totally agree :3
But most people are assholes who can't appreciate talent in all its forms
and they would be like "THAT'S JUST MS PAINT ART, IT DOESNT DESERVE TO BE BANNER, BLAH BLAH BLAH"
which is probably why the admins choose not to. >:
