In Zootopia’s city streets the mice are too small to be seen by the larger residents and often end up treaded underfoot. If they aren’t left battered in a paw print they’re later discovered flat against a paw sole. In normal circumstances this is just a poorly timed accident, but there are some animals – like Nick – who savour the depraved sensation of someone cushioning their steps. For him, there’s nothing better than keeping a mouse firmly indented against his warm supple pads all day long especially when he can make it all the way home without the mouse peeling out of its place. Now that he’s in the privacy of his home Nick can do anything he wants to that little twitching critter, without restraint…
