If I had something to say then I'd happily point them out, but honestly I dont see any issue with this scene x3 I guess you could make the inner part of the diaper more puffy/cushiony? But even there it looks fine :P

This is a cute idea, though for suggestions, the big one would be pose and how to sell weight of and object, and for that I might say taking his legs up higher and emphasizing the rear for the droop while the legs are held up may help, like holding a bag full of grain or the like. Though considering he is twisting to look away, maybe have the legs turn with it a bit and turned bit over the pikachu to make it so the pose covers anything you would not like to be seen.

The leg holding is definitely an adorable touch. It adds a nice bit of emphasis on the diaperbutt’s trust in their caregiver.
