I wanted something completely random that wouldn't box me in on what might be expected from this comic, since it's mostly a free-form, "Whatever the hell I feel like," project. Heh, "Qui a coupe le fromage?" comes from Animaniacs and Freakazoid--it means "Who cut the cheese?" I dunno if it's a phrase the French would actually use, but I also don't really care.
Guess I coulda gone with "Semper ubi sub ubi," woulda been in the same vein--Latin: "Always where under where," get it? It's a pun.
