Silvally was originally created as a lifeform to combat against the Ultra Beasts in Alola due to growing concerns at the time. The project consisted of creating subjects with the cells of known pokemon types in the hopes they could shift between them. This ability gave them the name Type: Full originally, but all the subjects rejected the RKS System they were implemented with and went berserk. They were all given limiter helmets to reduce the effects of the RKS System rejection and were put into a permanent cryogenically state. Thus the project was deemed a failure and the pokemon soon became known as Type: Null before the notes fell into other’s hands. Leola was one of these newer Type: Null which were created from the notes found previously, but with new features built into the RKS System. Despite the new changes, Leola still had to be given a limiter helmet until she found a pokemon she could bond with to help break this limiter. This limiter mask had been built with a lot of toughness, any pokemon that tried to break the mask could risk hurting Leola instead. It was only after one event that the mask broke, and she became the SIlvally she was built to be. Armed with a newly developed RKS System, she looks to protect her friends and understand the world she had been created into.

As Leola’s RKS System is quite different from other Silvally, there are often times some pokemon wish to tinker with them which she is highly against. As Leola is still trying to become accustomed to the world around her, she isn’t particularly interested in sudden battles or unnecessary fighting. )
