Richmond is one of six members of the Praxic Blades - a bounty hunter group.

He is a natural hybrid of a Delphox and Mismagius, his unusual conception being the result of his parents conceiving him while one of them was possessed by a Mismagius. Richmond is an incredibly studious individual who has zero toleration for nonsense, it's very common for him to blow off individuals and ignore most jokes. He is very blunt with his words and won't hesitate to state his mind - regardless of how appropriate said words are. He is always studying his book of magic, making sure that every spell is memorized.

Much to his chagrin and irritation, Valence often tries to hang out with him - mostly so that the Zangoose can avoid Artemisia and use Richmond as a living barrier if she approaches. Additionally, even though his hat is part of him, he is capable of removing it.
