Rook - his true name unknown - is one of several rogue hybrids who has escaped from the HWDP (or Hybrid Weapons Development Program).
He is an artificial hybrid. Originally a Bisharp, he now additionally possesses the genes of Haxorus and Conkeldurr. He is an incredibly deadly individual, possessing immense strength as well as heavily resistant natural armor. Not only are his blades tough, but he can enhance his cutting power even further by channeling plasma into his weapons - or even unleashing said plasma from his maw in the form of powerful beams.
Not much is known about Rook's personality before he was abducted by the HWDP. Ever since he broke out he became a very hateful individual, being absolutely obsessed with getting more power so that he may ultimately enact his revenge on the organization. He would prowl various forests and hunt down other Pokemon, killing them in terrifyingly efficient ways so that he may further better himself. Ultimately however he was defeated through the combined efforts of the Floral Triad, a bounty hunter group known as the Praxic Blades, and a lone farmer who is aspiring to be an actor. Now he's currently imprisoned in the Guardians of Twilight HQ, and they hope to rehabilitate him like the other victims of the HWDP - albeit with far less success due to his refusal to cooperate.
Note: The identification tatoo on his left arm reads 'BIS-02', given to him by the HWDP.
