Yet another coloring of Neon. Gotta love those colors :D

So yea, i dont think i did as good a job on this one. I had to shrink it down a lot so i could upload it. and that kinda ruined the blending on the face. I resized it to do the lineart, (which im not exactly good at) and the had to make it smaller. Oh well it still looks good. Its just not as good as i wanted.
