Nature spirits said to live in the Ignian Mountains and surrounding forests. No hard evidence of their existence has been brought forth but legends tell of a creature that lurks in the darkness while travelling these hazardous locations. Some accounts say the creatures will bring luck to those who respect nature and hunt conservatively, wasting parts of game or excessive hunting is said to bring their wrath.

Described as a creature made of bones with a deer skull for a head, they are a horrific sight that has inspired a large amount of artwork and tales. Though some aspects change their nature has remained consistent.

Encountering a wendigo is said to chill the very soul, caution is advised when hunting in the forests and mountains that border Ulcarin, offerings are left at shrines to sate and please these vengeful spirits
