I had an idea for an Eevee character and tied all of the eeveelutions and added my own forms. This Eevee had his dna messed with by Team Rocket but he managed to escape after exposed to various of stones and items. He's able to change his form however he can only draw moves related to the type. Despite him having this power he was unsure where to go but stumbled upon Zard. The charizard help out the eevee and brought him to the academy where he discovered his shifting ability and the pix power were very similar. Evuin is a bit of an oddball but he means well.
