Not that I think he deserved to be turned into giblets, but he did pick a fight with Saitama. Though I'm sure he's meant to be a reference to Leomon since some other characters are references/parodies. Still amusing his English VA is Paul St. Peter (Leomon in Adventure and Tamers).
