Hmm, what's the cleanup process on your images? I had Charrio send me one of his high res, original scans that he had pixelated in the downsize and showed him a smoothing technique for the line works, maybe a bit of the jag comes from your clean up process?

It Probably does,since until I can master a tablet I use Adjustments>Threshold...
