This is longer than the other short stories I've made for Valentines month. It got away from me during writing it, and so it meanders a bit. I also struggled with Sid's particular speech impediment. I think I conveyed it decently, but it might be hard to read. sorry.
I haven't seen the last two movies in the Ice Age series, but I know Sid has a canon love interest now, but I shipped these two since I first saw the... third movie? I forget the number. oh well. There is almost no Sid art/stories, and even fewer weight gain for him, so I'm glad I could provide some much-needed fat sloth dork to the world.
All character, except Nura, are from the Ice Age series. Nura is a product of my writing process for this story.
