I've at least once done a custom bookmark namebadge for folks and thought it would be to offer them up generally. Okay, this is for a combined commission. You get the original art matted and suitable for display. The artwork will be 10x4 either acrylic or ink and watercolour. Then I make a scan, add the name, print it out. laminate it and add a clip. You also get a set of four laminated bookmarks of the same image sans the text. And a digital copy to make more bookmarks. These are $100 USD plus shipping or not shipping if you want to pick it up at a con. I'll be at Furnal Equinox in Toronto and Motor City Furcon in Michigan upcoming.
