We used to have a yorkie come into the salon I work at, who had only front legs and no back legs. He walked really well, all things considered...unfortunately he recently passed from unrelated issues.

Reminds me of an almost front-legged version of the dog named Faith who grew up with only her two back legs.

This is quite interesting if you look at it metaphorically, and equally cool just from a normal standpoint!

There was actually a puppy born a long time ago who looked just like this (minus the stitches)! Despite his appearance he lived a happy life and was much loved by his owner.
