Twiggy little cretins like Nico get traded around between the gangs of Neo Babylon like cigarettes in prison. The eager little fox simply can’t contain himself whenever a rival gang comes around - throwing himself recklessly into danger with surprisingly little survival instinct. The usually ends up with him getting captured, and eventually converted and inducted into a new gang by his captors where he gets the pleasure of doing all the dirty work they can’t be bothered with.
Though he’s currently riding with the Hell Skulls, he keeps patches welded to his body in memory of all the old gangs he’s been traded around to previously. He’s almost got a full set, an accomplishment nobody’s been able to claim before. It’s said that if you manage to gain membership in every gang in the city - nobody cares.
But perhaps he has even bigger aims in mind, as recently he’s been seen lingering around the Maharaja arcology, getting sweet on his new sugar daddy, Anizhar...
Nico has the trashiest cybernetics I've drawn, with lots of nicks and cuts, and tape holding parts of it together. He absolutely looks like gang trash.
Here we have Nico tagging the side of some Maharaja owned property. Anizhar came down himself to take a look into things and found a dirty little tagger marking his territory. This is the moment before Anizhar officially adopted Nico and took him home for a bath.
