Comming soon, Vanbael the Flamethrower, I'm going to merchandise my fursona like hell like in Space Balls...okay, maybe not
So I am a bit of a nerd, and I revamped my own MTG card to give it a little more uh...significance. It is a tradition within my FA submittions to give a justification for each of the abilities on the card so here they go:
Haste: An assassin is always ready to attack, hell, you never know when they will
Ninjitsu: If Ezio can have disguises, why can't this assassin? It will be devastating with the next ability.
When Vanbael comes into play, all white creatures get +2/+2 until end of turn: Vanbael provides confidence and strength to his allies in battle.
Vanbael cannot be targeted by opponent’s creature abilities or spells: He is agile, so those other attacks will not affect him since he can dodge and deflect them
And the flavor text is my own little thing.

Haste with Ninjutsu doesn't make a ton of sense to be honest. Hexproof is the keyword you're looking for for the last ability.
If I was making this, I think this is how I would do it:
Vanbael WWU
Legendary Creature - Fox Assassin
Ninjutsu WU
Hexproof
When Vanbael enters the battlefield, if it's Ninjutsu cost was paid, other attacking creatures you control gain +2/+2 until end of turn.

Now we have an interesting idea. A 3/2 hexproof creature for 3 isn't bad, but when you really want to play him is when you're attacking with a lot of creatures and Ninjutsu him into play.
Either way, it's a very interesting concept. :)
If I was making this, I think this is how I would do it:
