well,i was busy a few months (well alot),trying to draw (and pixel up) some things,and i made up this little guy,along with some other original things (gasp,a pic that isnt pokemon related) so here's a little bio

"meep is one of the viblobangy's top (not really) scientists,he have's a amazing i.q of 300,ironicly he haves the attention spand of a walnut,and also due to his love of blinking things (and tendacy to throw things,even test tubes.) he tends to screw things up,also he have's a shrill child-like voice.

due to his love of throwing things really far,he invented himself a personal armored needs tread system, or P.A.N.T.S for short,which its pieces,armoring,weapons and tools are fully customizable (even the blinking light,which is more of a distracting novelty)

the reason he picked pink as the main color,is mainly because it might look "threatening" enough (well actually because he likes the color.)

his motto is "THROW A TEST TUBE A IT!"
