looks like an ole C40-8W. They're startin to get rare now with both CSX and NS replace'in their ole Conrail units with new ES40 units.

plenty are still out there in operation.....but they came into the world Conrail and will likely leave Conrail. Ive spotted a couple Conrail SD60Ms. Now thats a treat!
