I gotta be honest with you guys, this is probably one of my favorite commissions I ever did, looks-wise!
Even though I often paint war scenes you'll see that most of them have this serene quality to them. That's intentional - I believe that even in the deepest pits of hell and desolation, people can find their own little piece of happiness.
