Another older drawing that i finished of my late zebra finch. People seemed to enjoy my last post of Sodacan so I figured why not post some more until I finish my current work?
As I said before this happens to be a drawing of my, now passed, zebra finch. He was my first bird and I love him quite a lot and to this day I miss him, even took him to an avian vet just to be told they couldn't find anything wrong with the large bump on his neck... that was 200 just to be told they couldn't do anything :,)
One day I'll get more finches but this time from breeders.

I'm sorry to hear about your pet. But I have to tell you if you decide to have more Finches. Perhaps you should have only males or only females.
Half a year ago I took 5 birds, 2 males and 3 females. Now I have 11 birds and 6 eggs. They are incredibly prolific. But if you get only one gender, they will not fight and will behave wonderfully when communicating.
You also need 5 or more birds, they are very social and cannot be kept lonely
