Hailing from San Francisco's Chinatown, Johnny had been a Jeet Kune Do practitioner for just under a decade by the time he joined the IAWF at age 18. He'd already won a number of youth martial arts tournaments throughout California growing up, and he felt like taking his skills to the next level by becoming part of the world's ultimate collection of anthro fighters. He quickly turned out quite popular with audiences thanks to the energetic shows he put on, his overall likeable and friendly personality and his beyond-his-years wisdom. One year after his debut, he became the tag team partner of Rocky Rhodes, and he's since been working hard to help his partner improve his skills and rise through the ranks of the league, while continuing to improve himself further as well. Now 20 years old, Johnny feels his future is a bright and promising one, and like his new best friend, he hopes to someday reign as American IAWF champion.
