This is Dedan! He's the Guardian of the first Zone, under the Queen. He is nasty, angry, and very rude. He never seems to ever stop being very pissed off, berating and insulting even the Elsen that work for him in Zone 1. Even as the Batter purifies him, he refuses to accept his loss. Also, fun fact, Papyrus' design was based on Dedan.
