Lost, forgotten and left to rot. Kifi was the sole survivor locked away in the tomb of her Pharaoh, the only one not to serve him in the afterlife. This young earth pony was feathering on the edge of death itself when she found the one loose sandstone brick that freed her from the darkness. She had broke the chain around her ankle long ago, squeezing through the gap was easy for the malnourished mare but not a cakewalk. Wandering the halls seemed to drain her, sap her strength until she finally found the exit.

Dehydrated, famished and bordering on insanity she plunged deep into the oasis near the base of the tomb, half-expecting it to be a mirage she was relieved to find it was real... such a beautiful site, setting up camp under a tree she thought about what she had to do next when her stomach groaned... the fruit above her looked so tempting... but there was no way she could...

After many failed attempts she had managed to scale a tree, gorging herself on the delicious fruit with no care for manners or dignity.

She had escaped the tomb alive, though something would always stick with her. The experience was haunting, trapped alongside friends.... watching them slowly waste away. She was a survivor but this memory would linger with her, for eternity.
