So I was browsing images of "fake" pokemon and I came across a LEGIT fake. Odd, right? Apparently it was created back in 2002 by Umi Del Mare of AC Pokemon and I'm ASSUMING it was SUPPOSED to be skitty.

Well, we ALL know skitty is pink and... not this ;D

Anyway. The image I saw was so small and covered in Japanese words that I decided I would trace and make it into a little icon (100x102 pixels) for people to enjoy.
