There’s Ava’s backstory, and then there’s what Marigold knows of Ava’s backstory, and I’m working on putting the two together. I don’t think I want to drag it out here with everything else, but it’ll go with the pile.
(Along with the reason why Lenny started helping Marigold, which my SO helped me write today.)
As an aside, sorry for putting this before my commissions. Today pretty much sucked and I needed some sad robot time. I’ll get back on the wagon tomorrow.
