Defending Storm Sketch
A commission for 
VDOPlus, helping out with some world building in my character universe. Here we see one of my warrior gals, Nu’Nyxia, in combat against one of the shadow monsters I’ve implied exist in my world.
The warriors carry divine weapons capable of banishing such monsters that the much larger deities can really only incapacitate or move. The logic I had is that due to the small size of the warrior deities, they are better suited for handling these powerful but “expensive” (in terms of divine energy) to forge.
As for the picture itself, I’m not sure why, but I’ve found myself enjoying drawing “glorified doodle” characters; that is, characters with tons of detail, a signature of all the warrior deities. And for you paw lovers, yup! Nu’Nyxia doesn’t wear pawwear, so you can enjoy her paws in all their glory. :3c

My mental process is weird.
"Why do those weapons look familiar...? That's certainly not a squirt gun or a gun that shoots liquid...what...wait, hips. What's tho-oh god akstiletto prime. Oh god we've gone warframe now. Lotus help us."
Now the next question is which frame is the best frame. Regardless, amazing work!
