Got in the mood to draw some kinda dapper clothing with neon colors for accents, and then struggled on what..exactly to do beyond that! I initially had this guy as a TV-head, but when I doodled up a crocodile skull instead, I realized it looked way better >;3c
Something about skulls just...look so cool with that kinda ghostly theme, it's real fun!
