Right hand is holding the rifle in a way that (to me) looks a bit off. That said that may just be how you hold that type of rifle.
Seems to be a bit of disconnect between his eyes and what he's firing at too.
That said the uniform is pretty fabulous looking, the pose is overall great and I do like the fur detailing. The explosion/firing effects are nice too.
