Things you should about this.
1. This is a flash cartoon to show the concept of the landscape. I am aware that the land in the very back is not move. I'm lengthening the land as we speak.
2. The music is an orchestrated arrangedment made by me. Bonus points for naming the SNES games it's from. XD
3. All you see, the landscape, the ground sprites, Angel, those are all made by me. They are not rips.

Looks really good, I really like the animation of the character, and I like the potential of the far background, you can fit in some nice vistas there. I think you've got some issues with resolution though because it looks a little blurry, and I would love to see you even out the sky colour a little, seems a bit choppy.
